Astek Middle East is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Tech & Salesforce Platforms to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of professional experience. The role focuses on bridging business needs with technology delivery within a fast-growing food delivery technology platform.

Role Overview and Platform Focus

The Senior Business Analyst will primarily work with Salesforce-based systems and digital platforms. These platforms support critical business functions including operations, merchant management, logistics, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong capabilities in requirements management, excellent stakeholder communication, and practical experience in Salesforce-driven, Agile product environments, preferably within food delivery or on-demand tech ecosystems.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation through structured workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate identified business needs into comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
• Support Product Managers and delivery teams during backlog grooming and sprint planning activities.
• Map and optimize business processes using process flows and user journey documentation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, including the development of test scenarios and defect tracking.
• Ensure that Salesforce solutions are aligned with overarching business objectives and operational requirements.
• Analyze data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support continuous process improvement and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, finance, and support departments.
• Ensure thorough documentation and requirements traceability throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with developers, Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and product teams.
• Experience operating within startup or scale-up environments is preferred.

• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and business processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build consensus and manage expectations.
