Senior Commercial Manager, Riyadh

Gleeds is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports a significant giga program in the region and is open to an MRICS qualified professional in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.

Role Context and Focus

The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of large-scale building projects, including those within the hospitality sector, as part of a professional environment. This role offers an opportunity to apply expertise in commercial management and quantity surveying on iconic developments, fostering career development within Gleeds' operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic procurement management services.
• Manage projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with Gleeds procedures.
• Engage with Clients to develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive post-contract commercial services.
• Offer senior technical advice on legal and contractual issues pertinent to construction projects.
• Produce and present detailed reports to Clients.
• Advise Directors promptly regarding any issues that have arisen or may arise on projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• MRICS qualification is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with a consultancy organization.
• Demonstrated experience operating as a Senior Commercial Manager on giga building projects.
• Experience with giga-scale building projects, specifically including hospitality.
• Possession of a transferable Iqama.
