About the Role

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor cum Contract Admin to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing post-contract commercial and contract-administration activities, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from a financial and contractual perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Manage post-contract commercial and contract-administration activities.
Review interim payment applications, variations, claims, rate build-ups, and cost proposals.
Administer contractual notices, instructions, correspondence, and contractor obligations.
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, cash flows, variation registers, and cost-to-complete projections.
Assess Extension of Time, prolongation, and additional-cost submissions with the planning team.
Advise the Project Manager on contractual risks, entitlements, and commercial strategies.
Manage provisional sums, final measurement, contract closeout, and final-account agreement.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess over 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and contract administration roles. This experience should include a strong background in managing complex contractual and commercial aspects of projects.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires a professional who can work effectively within a project team, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
