Role Overview

Maaden is seeking a Senior Specialist Change Management II to lead and execute end-to-end change management and communication strategies for its transformation projects. This full-time position, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operates within a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously to ensure effective engagement and high adoption of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrated change and communication plans for multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Translate complex business transformations into clear, engaging messages suitable for diverse audiences.
• Develop high-quality communication materials, including campaigns, leadership messaging, storytelling, and internal branding.
• Operate within an agile, sprint-based environment, managing multiple "campaigns" with rapid turnaround times.
• Prioritize competing requests and deliver outputs effectively under tight deadlines.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and project leads, addressing ambiguous requirements and last-minute changes.
• Align messaging across various functions to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Monitor change adoption, engagement levels, and communication effectiveness.
• Adjust strategies dynamically based on feedback and data analysis.
• Support the embedding of new behaviors in alignment with the "Team Maaden" culture.
