About the Role

Ma’aden is seeking a Senior Specialist, IT Business Intelligence to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on driving innovation and digital transformation through advanced AI solutions.

Role Overview

This role is central to developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem. The Senior Specialist will translate complex business requirements into scalable AI applications, leveraging technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks to enhance organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Azure AI services for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Develop, fine-tune, deploy, and manage LLMs for business-specific use cases, including text generation and intelligent automation.
• Create and orchestrate AI workflows using Agentic AI frameworks and tools for autonomous task execution.
• Build and deploy conversational AI solutions using the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Bot Service, integrating with platforms like Microsoft Teams.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the Power Platform to enable low-code application development and embed AI into business workflows.
• Develop and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, ensuring high-quality data modeling and fine-tuning for optimal AI model performance.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of deployed Azure AI solutions, including containerization and orchestration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML development, specifically with enterprise-grade solutions.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft AI Ecosystem, programming and frameworks, Generative AI & LLMs, AI orchestration, and data integration.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
