Maaden, a leading multi-commodity mining and metals company in the Middle East and one of the world's fastest-growing mining entities, is seeking a Senior Specialist, IT Business Intelligence II. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and offers an opportunity to contribute to the organization's digital transformation and the development of the mining industry in Saudi Arabia. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on leveraging advanced AI technologies to drive innovation.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist, IT Business Intelligence II will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem. This role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable AI applications, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to enhance business intelligence and operational efficiency.

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Azure AI services for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Fine-tune, deploy, and manage Large Language Models (LLMs) for business-specific use cases, including text generation, summarization, and intelligent automation.
• Develop and orchestrate complex AI workflows using Agentic AI frameworks and tools for autonomous task execution and decision-making.
• Build and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with platforms like Microsoft Teams and enterprise systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the Power Platform to enable rapid application development and embed AI into business workflows.
• Develop and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, ensuring high-quality data modeling and fine-tuning for optimal AI model performance.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all deployed Azure AI solutions, including containerization and orchestration.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong academic background and relevant professional experience.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML development, specifically with enterprise-grade solutions.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft AI Ecosystem, programming and frameworks, Generative AI & LLMs, AI orchestration, and data integration.
