Job Summary

Qiddiya Investment Company | شركة قدية الاستثمارية is seeking a Senior Specialist, SuccessFactors Employee Central to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role focuses on providing effective solutions for complex scenarios within the SuccessFactors Employee Central module and actively supporting project design and execution.

About the Role

The Senior Specialist will be responsible for contributing to the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This position requires a strong understanding of the system's functionalities and integration points, along with the ability to translate intricate business requirements into practical technical solutions. The role involves working collaboratively within a dynamic environment to ensure project success and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide achievable solutions for complex scenarios and develop workarounds for cases lacking standard solutions.
• Support the design and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while managing client expectations.
• Handle large-scale projects, which may involve single or multiple products and complex environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Good understanding of Employee Central and its integration points with Employee Central Payroll and S4H.
• Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimum support.
• Demonstrated self-learning capability and a fast-developing approach.
