About the Opportunity

Samaco Motors is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role serves as the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle service or repairs, focusing on delivering exceptional service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Service Advisor is instrumental in coordinating service and repair processes, aiming to maximize departmental profitability through efficient operations and effective sales strategies. This position requires a professional approach to customer interaction and a strong understanding of vehicle service needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally welcome customers and accurately document their service and repair requests.
• Conduct pre-service preparations and maintain precise job documentation throughout the service cycle.
• Offer comprehensive vehicle health checks and recommend additional products or services as appropriate to customer needs.
• Generate accurate service estimates, secure customer approvals, and manage invoicing and payment processes.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries during the service process.
• Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure timely follow-up and closure of all service jobs.
• Coordinate effectively with the workshop, parts, and sales departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Efficiently handle customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Uphold high standards of departmental administration and ensure full compliance with company policies.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements, enhance service quality, and positively impact customer satisfaction metrics such as CSI/NPS.
