About the Role

Quest Search and Selection is seeking a Service Technician to join a global leader in premium consumer technology. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves providing after-sales support for advanced fitness equipment. The role is suitable for a technically proficient and customer-focused professional with 2-5 years of experience in a field-based service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute service jobs in line with defined standard operating procedures.
• Deliver strong field performance against key service KPIs.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair technical equipment.
• Conduct effective root cause analysis to determine appropriate solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate parts inventory.
• Educate customers on proper technical use and care of equipment.
• Accurately manage work orders and service reports.
• Provide structured technical feedback from the field to internal teams.
• Communicate estimated arrival times and manage customer expectations.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Ensure accurate service data reporting.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety standards and company guidelines.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a technically strong, customer-focused professional who excels in a field-based service environment. This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional after-sales support and ensuring complete customer satisfaction through the installation, maintenance, and servicing of advanced fitness equipment. The successful candidate will act as a customer advocate, responsible for resolving technical issues efficiently while maintaining high service performance standards.

Experience Required

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant service technician role.
