About the Opportunity

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Specialized Expert / Project Expert - Senior Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an immediate opportunity for a professional to contribute to significant projects on a contract basis within a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will serve as a senior-level expert, applying extensive knowledge to critical aspects of project lifecycle management. This role involves strategic oversight and meticulous planning across various initiatives within the construction sector, as well as related services and policy frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth studies for construction projects to assess feasibility, scope, and strategic alignment.
• Developing comprehensive plans for construction projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project objectives.
• Analyzing and planning for various services essential to project execution and operational efficiency.
• Contributing to the formulation, review, and implementation of policies pertinent to construction and project management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in the study and planning of construction projects.
• Proven expertise in planning and managing services related to large-scale projects.
• Experience in developing and evaluating policies pertinent to construction and project execution.

Contract Details

This position is offered as a 1-year contract. Candidates are expected to be available for immediate joining or within a notice period of up to 30 days.
