Sr. Designer EXA Ceramics

About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Sr. Designer for EXA Ceramics in Riyadh. This full-time role involves creating high-quality, creative design ideas for product advertisements and other promotional needs. The Senior Designer will be responsible for delivering finished graphics materials for all products, marketing, and sales requirements through both printed kits and digital media.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to generate quality and creative design concepts for product advertising and promotional materials. This includes producing high-quality finished graphics for all products and supporting marketing and sales initiatives across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Reflect and communicate brand and product identity values and principles through a creative design approach to layout, composition, styling, and coloring for both printed and digital media.
• Develop creative graphics and marketing content for brand management and product advertisement.
• Archive product visual databases, including color corrections, and ensure availability for business needs.
• Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge through continuous research and study.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Supervise and lead the graphic design team.
• Oversee brand aesthetics and ensure all deliverables effectively portray the EXA brand.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative thoughts and ideas.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop packaging ideas that meet client needs.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, with a focus on product advertisement and promotional materials.
