About the Role

Carrefour Saudi Arabia (Majid Al Futtaim) is seeking a Store Associate Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, managing store teams, and ensuring operational excellence. The Store Associate Manager contributes to maximizing profitability, maintaining brand and company image, ensuring operational compliance, and delivering an excellent customer experience within the store's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered by the entire store team at all times.
• Implement innovative approaches to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Track brand performance, review stock levels, and monitor best sellers and slow-moving stock to generate ideas and action plans for increasing overall sales.

Operational Compliance and Management

• Ensure compliance of subordinates with established company policies, procedures, and standards, including funds and properties, personnel practices, security, sales, and record-keeping procedures.
• Adhere to all Company Health & Safety, Security, and Compliance policies, raising any concerns to the Excellence and Compliance team in a timely manner.
• Plan, organize, and execute in-store processes, including cash intake and handling, stockroom management, and stock-take administration.

Team Development and Leadership

• Coach, train, and mentor store teams to enhance customer service levels through brand and product knowledge, and a comprehensive understanding of retail operations.

Analytical Feedback and Strategic Input

The Store Associate Manager provides critical analytical feedback to the Operations, Buying, and Planning Departments. This feedback relates to product performance, ranging strategies, pricing, competitive activities, and market opportunities, contributing to overall business objectives at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the dynamic retail environment of Carrefour Saudi Arabia (Majid Al Futtaim).
