Role Overview: Storekeeper

The Storekeeper is responsible for the management, organization, and maintenance of inventory within the company's warehouse or project sites in Riyadh. This full-time role involves receiving, inspecting, recording, and issuing materials, tools, and equipment, while ensuring accurate stock levels and adherence to company documentation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items for easy identification and access.
• Record and update stock movement in the inventory system or manual register.
• Issue materials and supplies based on approved Material Request Forms (MRF).
• Conduct periodic stock checks and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely replenishment of critical materials.
• Ensure that all goods are stored under proper conditions to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storage area.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Handle the return of defective or excess materials to suppliers or the main warehouse.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures at all times.

Work Environment and Benefits
