The General Authority of Awqaf is seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
• Conduct strategic analysis, market research, and benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable initiatives, KPIs, and action plans.
• Monitor and report on the progress and performance of strategic initiatives.
• Prepare periodic strategic performance reports and presentations for management.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment between departmental plans and the overall organizational strategy.
• Support the development and review of organizational KPIs and performance indicators.
• Analyze performance gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Participate in strategic planning workshops, reviews, and performance meetings.
• Maintain and update strategic planning documentation, frameworks, and dashboards.
