The Strategy Principal Director Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Strategy Principal Director to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires candidates with 5-10 years of relevant experience. The Strategy Principal Director will be a trusted partner to business leaders, working with diverse teams to deliver successful tech-enabled transformation and new value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology business problems, leading to strategic insights.
Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology, based on assessment activities and an understanding of high-level visions, performance gaps, and needs.
Lead small engagements or work streams independently from end-to-end, managing all delivery components including client satisfaction, value delivered, team management, and financials.
Identify and nurture pull-through business opportunities, supporting business development efforts with client and Accenture teams until successful sale closure.
Collaborate with clients and within Accenture to align their business and technology priorities.
Develop content knowledge and share it through proactive involvement in technology strategy operations and communities of practice.
Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative insights, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations on specific market-relevant technology strategy domains.
Interact with senior management at client organizations and/or Accenture to steer recommendations and obtain buy-in on matters that may require alternate approaches.
