About the Tamheer - Procurement Trainee Role

AECOM is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our Tamheer Program as a Procurement Trainee in Riyadh. Opportunity Overview

The Tamheer Program offers a structured pathway for fresh graduates to develop foundational skills and hands-on experience in procurement operations. The trainee will contribute to daily activities and initiatives, learning key aspects of supply chain processes and stakeholder coordination under direct guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities.
• Assist in preparing purchase requests, reports, and procurement documentation.
• Analyze procurement data dashboards using Power BI.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support procurement operations.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and reporting activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate with 0–1 year of professional experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge or hands-on experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will work within a supportive team, gaining exposure to various aspects of procurement and supply chain operations at AECOM.
