Technology Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

Halian is expanding its Technology Contract Recruitment team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking experienced Technology Recruitment Consultants at Consultant, Senior, or Principal level to join the team. This is a 360 recruitment role, focusing on managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technology contractors across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a portfolio of technology contract clients across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
• Generate new business and contract recruitment opportunities.
• Build relationships with enterprise organizations, government and semi-government entities, consultancies, system integrators, and technology vendors.
• Manage the full recruitment process from requirement qualification through to placement and onboarding.
• Source and headhunt specialist technology professionals across regional and international markets.
• Develop existing accounts and manage contractor extensions, renewals, and redeployment.
• Build a specialist market across Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, ServiceNow, Oracle, and SAP, with particular focus on AI, ServiceNow, and Oracle/SAP as key growth areas.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within technology contract recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
• Experience in sourcing specialist technology professionals.
