About the Role

Taj HR is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle for technical and engineering roles. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to support staffing strategies and ensure smooth onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle technical recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
Source, screen, and interview technical candidates for various roles.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate records.
Ensure smooth onboarding and placement processes for new hires.
Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies for engineering and technical positions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment within Saudi Arabia.
Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a preference for candidates from the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sectors.
Strong knowledge of engineering and technical positions and their specific requirements.
Experience utilizing job portals such as LinkedIn and NaukriGulf for candidate sourcing.
Experience managing client relationships with companies like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma’aden, or other multinational corporations (MNCs).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
