About the Role

Abdul Latif Jameel is seeking a Warehouseman to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring efficient warehouse operations and maintaining high standards of productivity and safety within the Central Parts Warehouse.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to execute proper handling of all warehouse operations, including receiving, binning, picking, dispatching, and shipping. The objective is to enhance productivity through the full utilization of available resources, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the Toyota Production System (TPS) within warehouse operations to ensure parts are handled according to targeted levels and established processes, thereby improving business productivity.
• Execute strategic and annual action plans to foster a safe environment for personnel and parts, aiming to eliminate near-miss accidents and reduce operational costs.
• Support other departments to ensure warehouse operations meet targeted timeframes and assist in stock monitoring and conducting stock-taking procedures as per approved guidelines.
• Collaborate with ESSR and other departments to maintain the safety of warehouse operations and ensure stock security during transit from the warehouse to the customer.
• Assist in regular inspections of warehouse operations to assess performance and quality in accordance with company procedures.

Work Environment
