About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Welcome Ambassador for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is crucial for creating a positive and memorable first and last impression for guests, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. The Welcome Ambassador acts as a primary point of contact, guiding guests through their stay with professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of services to facilitate guest arrival and departure experiences.
Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly.
Complete necessary reports and share information about the local area.
Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
Maintain a safe workplace and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Uphold confidentiality and protect company assets.
Ensure quality standards are met and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The Welcome Ambassador will also engage in hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects weighing over 75 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of experience in a related field.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver guest services.
Commitment to upholding quality standards and professional conduct.
