About the Role

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Access Management Supervisor. This full-time role involves leading work activities autonomously towards long-term objectives and overseeing the implementation of operational plans. The supervisor will drive significant improvements to existing policies, procedures, standards, and reports within the IT security access domain.

Key Responsibilities

The primary operational responsibilities include supervising the development of IT security access guidelines, policies, and procedures. This role manages the operation and maintenance of IT security access and provides expert recommendations for new implementations and change requests related to IT security access.

Stay updated with IT security Access Management trends and business needs to develop ZATCA IT security Access Management guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Operate IT security access, including administration and maintenance of identity, authentication, and authorization for networks, solutions, systems, applications, and devices.
Collect identity information for all service users, manage the complete lifecycle of access, identity, and accounts, and document all necessary information.
Process requests for granting, changing, or restricting access rights, enable access and authorization based on technical processes, and provide 24/7 business support for access management.
Handle IT security access incidents and escalated tickets, providing timely and effective resolutions within agreed SLAs.
Gather information on change requests related to IT security access, conduct impact analysis, prioritize, schedule, and implement changes, and measure their effectiveness.
Monitor access to ZATCA systems, devices, and applications, report issues, and provide recommendations.
Collect and analyze IT security Access Management performance metrics, identify gaps against KPIs, and generate periodical reports with corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Organizational and Operational Duties

Adhere to all relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Assist in resolving escalated problems and provide support to junior team members.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate personnel for proper resolution.
Perform other assigned duties as required.

People Management

Train junior staff on job activities to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/junior staff.
Support junior staff or direct reports in executing duties according to established policies and processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in IT security access management or a related field. The salary for this position will be disclosed during the hiring process.
