Senior Access Management

About the Role

Saudi German Health is seeking a Senior Access Management professional to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role focuses on implementing, managing, and optimizing Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to ensure secure and controlled access across enterprise systems.

Role Overview

The Senior Access Management professional will be responsible for the secure management of user identities and privileged access within the organization. This involves a focus on established IAM and PAM platforms, ensuring compliance with relevant security standards, and supporting the overall security posture of the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IAM & PAM solutions, with a focus on One Identity and Delinea platforms.
• Oversee user access, authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle processes.
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Manage privileged accounts and secure privileged credentials.
• Support access governance, security monitoring, and incident response activities.
• Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows.
• Ensure compliance with NCA, NIST, and ISO 27001 requirements.
• Support security audits and maintain comprehensive IAM/PAM documentation and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, or a related cybersecurity domain.
• Strong hands-on experience with One Identity, Delinea, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar IAM/PAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity governance and access controls.
• Knowledge of NCA, NIST, and ISO 27001 standards.
• CISSP, CISM, or relevant IAM/PAM vendor certifications are considered an advantage.
