Role Overview

The Account Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing a portfolio of brand and influencer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure effective collaboration and high customer satisfaction. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and optimizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding new clients and understanding their campaign objectives.
• Coordinating with influencers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitoring campaign performance and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
• Analyzing account activity and feedback to identify areas for service quality improvement.
• Preparing reports and updates on account and campaign status.
• Collaborating with internal teams to optimize platform features and user experience.
• Maintaining organized records of agreements, timelines, and payments.
• Building and nurturing long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in account management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Experience in coordinating projects and monitoring performance.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires direct interaction with clients and internal teams within the company's office environment.
