About the Account Manager (AEC) Role

SSC HR Solutions is seeking a full-time Account Manager specializing in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) sector. This position is based in Riyadh, KSA, and focuses on driving sales and expanding customer relationships within Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose and Business Focus

The primary objective of this role is to develop and grow sales for Autodesk and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) solutions. The Account Manager will target and expand accounts specifically within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) customer base across Saudi Arabia, contributing directly to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales of Autodesk and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) products within Saudi Arabia.
• Target and grow accounts within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) customer segment.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate effectively with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software sales, with a preference for experience in AEC or Construction solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the Autodesk portfolio, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) modules.
• Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA.

• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals.

Compensation Structure

This role offers a competitive salary complemented by a commission structure based on sales performance.
