About the Opportunity

IIQAF Group is seeking a full-time Accountant to join its healthcare division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Based in the Al Muhammadiyah District, this role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to support essential financial operations. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from SAR 7,000 to SAR 8,000 per month.

Role Overview

The Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the healthcare division. This involves managing various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and committed to precise financial management within a dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records, reports, and statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Monitor budgets and track financial performance against established goals.
• Reconcile bank statements and investigate financial discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll processing and effective expense management.
• Ensure strict compliance with Saudi financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support both internal and external financial audits.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience of 0-1 years in an accounting role.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital accounting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of financial regulations in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is considered an advantage.
