We are seeking an Acquiring Business Analyst for a full-time opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Acquiring Business Analyst Role

This position is for a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Cards & Payments domain. The role focuses specifically on Acquiring, Authorization Processing, and Payment Switching platforms. It requires strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder management, and robust solution design capabilities to drive successful delivery within complex payment ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements across various payment systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment on business needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support solution architecture development.
• Partner with technology teams throughout development, testing, and deployment phases to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide subject matter expertise in acquiring, authorization, and switching platforms to guide decision-making processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of system efficiency.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional experience in a relevant business analyst role.
• Demonstrated deep expertise in the Cards & Payments domain.
• Specific experience with Acquiring, Authorization Processing, and Payment Switching platforms.
• Proven strong analytical skills for requirement gathering and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and drive consensus.
• Experience in solution design and translating business needs into technical specifications.
