The Role of Admissions and Progression Officer

English Path is seeking an Admissions and Progression Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring 5 days per week, and is suitable for candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The officer will play a key role in supporting students from their initial application through to university progression, managing the end-to-end admissions process for EP University Pathway programmes while ensuring an outstanding student experience.

This position involves guiding students through their progression options, assisting them in making informed decisions, and providing support throughout the university application journey, including accommodation and visa applications. While primarily supporting EP Riyadh, the role also involves collaboration with other EP schools as needed, contributing to students' educational journeys within a collaborative, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries, provide programme information, and guide agents and students through the application process for EP university preparatory programmes.
Receive, process, and assess student applications, ensuring all required documentation is present and accurate.
Make decisions on student admissions under delegation or in consultation with the Academic Manager.
Inform applicants of key application milestones and deadlines to support a smooth enrolment process and timely intake participation.
Stay informed of current visa regulations and assist in preparing and updating visa guidance materials for prospective and enrolled students, ensuring compliance and clarity.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external colleagues.
Prepare regular reports for management review on intake numbers, applicant progress, and overall admissions performance, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Provide guidance and support to students on progression opportunities, assisting them in identifying and selecting appropriate university destinations and programmes.
Offer guidance on the completion of university applications.
Support students with visa applications, accommodation arrangements, and related enquiries.
Liaise with pathway delivery partners and university partner staff as required.
Assist the Global Head of Admissions with core tasks during peak periods.

Work Environment

This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, such as admissions, student support, or educational guidance. The role is based fully on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a 5-day per week schedule. The position operates within a collaborative, international environment, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys.
