About the Role

Synechron is seeking an Agentic AI Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for a Senior Principal AI Architect with extensive hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, Agentic AI, MLOps, and AI product delivery. The role requires a deep understanding of advanced AI concepts and the ability to deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ownership from architecture and R&D to implementation and optimization.
Ensure governance and scalable deployment of AI solutions in production environments.
Utilize Python and enterprise backend technologies for development and deployment.
Architect and deliver production-grade Agentic AI systems, including autonomous and semi-autonomous agents.
Implement multi-agent orchestration, supervisor/worker architectures, and tool-enabled agents.
Develop agent memory, planning, and reasoning capabilities.
Apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and GraphRAG techniques.
Integrate Agentic AI solutions within enterprise systems.
Transition Agentic AI solutions from prototypes to secure, observable, and scalable enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Over 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
Proven hands-on experience architecting and delivering production-grade Agentic AI systems.
Deep expertise in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Computer Vision.
Strong background in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI.
Proficiency in Data Science and multimodal architectures.
Demonstrated experience deploying enterprise-grade AI products.
Practical experience in MLOps and AI product delivery.

Technical Skills

Python programming.
Enterprise backend technologies.
Experience with autonomous and semi-autonomous agents.
Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and supervisor/worker architectures.
Familiarity with tool-enabled agents, agent memory, planning, and reasoning.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates within a dynamic environment focused on advanced AI solutions. The position requires a candidate who can work independently and as part of a team, driving complex projects from conception to deployment.
