About the Agile Delivery Lead Role

Ejada is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to drive Agile transformation and delivery excellence. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to guide multiple teams and programs through Agile methodologies, ensuring predictable, transparent, and high-quality delivery.

Role Responsibilities

The Agile Delivery Lead will be responsible for:

• Leading Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and program priorities.
• Facilitating key scaled Agile ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART synchronization, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Lean practices, and continuous improvement.
• Managing cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery challenges across various workstreams.
• Establishing Agile governance, delivery metrics, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboards to provide program performance visibility.
• Promoting continuous improvement by driving Agile maturity, delivery predictability, and operational excellence.
• Collaborating with engineering, architecture, DevOps, QA, security, and business teams to enhance planning, execution, and release management.
• Supporting organizational Agile transformation initiatives through coaching leadership and delivery teams on best practices.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Agile Delivery, Agile Coaching, Program Delivery, or Enterprise Transformation.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Agile or DevOps certifications are considered an advantage.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Jira Align, or equivalent Agile management platforms.
• Experience supporting delivery in areas like Application Development & Integration (SDLC, DevOps, Release Trains), Cloud & Cybersecurity (Secure Agile Delivery, Compliance-Aware Sprints), and ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM).

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role involves working across multiple teams and programs, requiring strong collaboration with various departments including engineering, architecture, DevOps, QA, security, and business teams.
