About the Scrum Master Role at Ejada

Ejada is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving Agile delivery excellence within cross-functional technology teams. The Scrum Master will be instrumental in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective team collaboration.
• Identify and remove impediments and proactively resolve blockers that impact sprint commitments and delivery timelines.
• Promote transparency through diligent backlog management, sprint metrics, burndown charts, and team reporting.
• Foster a mindset of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team performance, delivery quality, and overall Agile maturity.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and ensuring sprint readiness.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery health, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen communication, accountability, and self-organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery professional role.
• Proven experience supporting Agile software delivery teams within enterprise environments.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) certification is preferred.

Required Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in Scrum & Agile Frameworks.
• Expertise in Sprint Planning & Agile Ceremonies.
• Strong capabilities in Agile Coaching & Team Facilitation.
• Skilled in Backlog Refinement & Sprint Management.
• Effective Impediment & Risk Resolution.
• Experience with Agile Metrics, Velocity & Burndown Tracking.
• Proficient in Stakeholder & Product Owner Collaboration.
• A focus on Continuous Improvement & Agile Maturity.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar Agile collaboration tools.
• Experience supporting delivery towers including Application Development & Integration (Frontend, Backend, APIs, Microservices), Digital & Customer Experience, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM).
