About the Agricultural Engineer Role

Ila Advisory is seeking an Agricultural Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to apply foundational agricultural principles and gain practical experience in the field.

Core Responsibilities

The Agricultural Engineer will be responsible for applying engineering principles to various aspects of agricultural operations. Key duties include:

• Applying engineering principles to crop production, farm infrastructure, and environmental stewardship.
• Planning agricultural projects, encompassing resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Designing, installing, and maintaining irrigation systems with a focus on water-use efficiency.
• Implementing pest control methods, including integrated pest management (IPM).
• Providing technical assistance and training to farmers and operational teams.

Key Duties and Problem Solving

This role involves active problem-solving and ensuring operational compliance. Specific duties include:

• Troubleshooting field issues and developing practical solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with local agricultural regulations and environmental standards.
