Role Overview

The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking an AI and Solution Architecture Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for driving the organization's AI and digital transformation initiatives, alongside overseeing the IT Solution Architecture function. The role ensures effective governance, project execution, cross-functional alignment, and innovation management within the company.

Strategic Focus and Objectives

This position is tasked with overseeing the development and implementation of AI use cases that directly support business growth, operational excellence, and digital innovation. The Manager will be instrumental in shaping the AI and digital transformation roadmap, identifying high-value business use cases, and ensuring their proper governance and execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage IT PMO governance frameworks, project standards, methodologies, reporting structures, and project prioritization processes.
• Oversee the full IT and digital project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities, budgets, timelines, and strategic objectives.
• Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, steering committee presentations, risk assessments, and transformation KPIs.
• Support organizational change management activities, user adoption initiatives, communication plans, and training coordination for digital transformation programs.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery and operational continuity.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

The role involves actively monitoring emerging technologies, AI trends, automation opportunities, and industry best practices. This continuous oversight is crucial for improving business processes and enhancing the company's digital capabilities, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, digital transformation, or PMO roles, preferably within FMCG industries.
