Roche is seeking an Applications/Systems Engineer - Pre and Post-Sales to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on providing application support and customer experience for a designated product portfolio, working closely with sales and field service personnel. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Application Specialist is responsible for delivering application and software assistance for specific products. This involves collaborating with sales and field service teams to provide high-value service solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes implementing global application standards and identifying commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent application support aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
• Deliver support using established systems and methodologies to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous professional development to maintain expertise across assigned product lines.
• Ensure operational coverage during core and extended hours as per contractual service level agreements.
• Formulate and execute strategic initiatives based on customer satisfaction metrics and stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct formal system commissioning, technical configuration, and user instruction.
• Implement global Roche application standards and maintain rigorous case reporting and follow-up protocols.
• Collaborate with the sales division to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory, Biochemical, or an equivalent field.
• At least two years of practical application experience in the IVD or medical device industry.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Arabic or any other spoken language in the market is an advantage.
