The Role: Senior Applications Engineer/Field Sales Engineer

Keenfinity Group is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer/Field Sales Engineer for Electro Voice & Dynacord to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The individual will serve as a technical sales expert and applications specialist, combining deep technical knowledge with consultative selling to drive business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships, deliver technical solutions, and support the sales process from initial consultation through project completion.
• Provide application engineering and technical support for Electro-Voice and Dynacord solutions across the MEA region.
• Support consultants, integrators, distributors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical System Design and Optimization

• Design and review professional audio systems, including loudspeaker layouts, DSP configuration, acoustic simulation, and IP audio networking.
• Develop comprehensive system designs, Bills of Material (BOMs), and technical proposals utilizing professional audio design tools and AutoCAD.
• Perform system tuning, measurement, optimization, and troubleshooting for complex audio, networking, hardware, and software integration issues using industry-standard tools such as SMAART and SysTune.

Sales Enablement and Business Development

• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, customer training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales and customer engagement.
• Support business development initiatives by providing technical expertise, gathering market feedback, and participating in industry events and customer activities throughout the region.

Candidate Profile and Location

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and professional individual with 10+ years of experience in a similar capacity. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves regional travel to support business objectives.
