About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a talented Architect (Design Services) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to significant projects within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contractor-prepared CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and presentation materials.
• Ensure architectural submissions comply with applicable codes, standards, project requirements, and client specifications.
• Review architectural construction specifications and detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers as needed to support design and technical reviews.
• Coordinate architectural activities with engineering, construction, and project delivery teams.
• Review and approve detailed design packages, construction drawings, and technical specifications prepared by consultants and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Architectural Designers, CAD Operators, and other project team members.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination to ensure integration of architectural, structural, MEP, and operational requirements.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide recommendations to resolve technical and design-related issues.
• Monitor design quality and ensure consistency with project objectives, standards, and operational requirements.
• Prepare technical comments, reports, and design review documentation.
• Perform other architectural and project-related responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or an equivalent discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant architectural design and project delivery experience.
• Proficiency in CAD, architectural design software, visualization tools, and presentation software.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction documentation, and technical coordination processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate concurrent activities, and meet project deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams and complex project environments.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Professional registration as an Architect.
• Experience on rail, metro, transit, or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Experience working on stations, maintenance facilities, or major public infrastructure developments.
• Knowledge of international architectural standards and best practices.

Work Context

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires 5-10 years of experience. Salary is not disclosed.
