About Pureminds and the Role

Pureminds is seeking a full-time Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves designing, planning, and overseeing building projects from their initial concept through to completion.

Role Overview

The Architect will be responsible for translating client visions into tangible designs, working collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and various stakeholders. A core focus of this position is to create designs that are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing, while rigorously adhering to all relevant regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare comprehensive plans, specifications, and technical documentation for building projects.
• Create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard architectural design software.
• Coordinate effectively with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers to integrate all project aspects.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Review project feasibility, site conditions, and environmental considerations to inform design decisions.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources throughout both the design and construction phases.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure the design intent is accurately maintained.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve design issues and provide technical guidance and support during project execution.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sustainable design.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 0-1 years of proven experience in architectural design and project management.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in our Riyadh office, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement with various project sites and stakeholders.
