About the Role

Conjugate Consulting is seeking an experienced Area HSE Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with substantial experience in health, safety, and environmental management, particularly within refinery and petrochemical construction projects.

Position Overview

The Area HSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HSE strategies and initiatives across designated project areas. This role focuses on ensuring a zero-harm environment and maintaining stringent compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout all project phases, including engagement with EPC contractors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Area HSE execution and drive zero-harm initiatives.
• Conduct HAZID, HIRA, Constructability, and SIMOPS reviews.
• Manage incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), emergency response, and statutory reporting.
• Drive HSE compliance across EPC contractors and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, or GradIOSH certification.
• Demonstrated experience managing HSE for mega projects involving a workforce of 5,000 or more personnel.
• Strong expertise in high-risk construction activities, including heavy lifting, excavation, scaffolding, work at height, and pre-commissioning.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working on significant construction projects within the refinery and petrochemical sectors, requiring a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental management.
