About the Role

alfanar is seeking a dedicated Assistant, Display Sales to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for supporting sales operations by ensuring attractive product displays, assisting customers, and maintaining merchandise stock, organization, and presentation in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive product displays in accordance with company standards.
Ensure products are properly stocked, organized, priced, and labeled.
Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products.
Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor inventory levels on display and coordinate replenishment when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.
Assist with promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor customer feedback and report market trends to the supervisor.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
Work collaboratively with the sales, merchandising, and warehouse teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a sales support, retail, or visual merchandising role. A foundational understanding of customer service and retail display principles is beneficial.
