About the Role

Styli, an e-commerce fashion and beauty brand founded in 2019 by Landmark Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Supply Chain operations in Riyadh. Styli focuses on delivering trendy, affordable fashion and beauty products, offering a wide selection of styles to customers across the GCC and India. This role is a full-time position within the supply chain department.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager – Supply Chain will oversee critical aspects of the supply chain, focusing on operational efficiency and performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Third-Party Logistics (3PL) operations, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for inbound, outbound, dispatch, and returns.
  • Monitoring daily operations, driving continuous performance improvements, and conducting regular reviews with the 3PL team to track performance and resolve issues.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of operational bottlenecks and escalations.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment turnaround time (TAT), pick-pack productivity, and return processing timelines, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical stock, monitoring processes like Goods Receipt Note (GRN), put-away, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation, and driving the closure of discrepancies.
  • Overseeing end-to-end returns processing, including Quality Control (QC) checks and disposition, ensuring QC adherence for items, and driving claims for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams including Planning, Transport, Finance, and Tech to align on demand projections, peak planning, and capacity readiness.
  • Supporting cross-border operations, including shipments and documentation.
  • Monitoring cost per unit and identifying optimisation opportunities, controlling additional costs, and driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Supporting warehouse migrations, ramp-ups, and new facility setups, driving SOP implementation and process standardisation, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and audit requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse or 3PL operations.
  • Strong experience in vendor (3PL) management.
  • Knowledge of WMS, with preference for Increff.
  • Experience managing 3PL partners.
  • Exposure to e-commerce returns, QC, and liquidation processes.
  • Experience in warehouse migration and scale-up operations.
  • Knowledge of cross-border logistics and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
