Role Overview

The Assistant Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for Livedin in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales efforts, focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities. The role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the entire sales process. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader with 5-10 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, set sales targets, forecast sales performance, and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Identify and target high-potential clients through various channels, including networking, industry events, and referrals, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Oversee and participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Livedin's services.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and tactics.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, including team performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and client retention, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from clients and the sales team to improve offerings and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in a leadership or assistant management role.
