About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company | القدية is seeking an Associate Director - City IT BRM to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to aligning technology with business requirements within our City Development department, ensuring IT solutions effectively support strategic goals and enhance operational capabilities for city planning and development initiatives.

Role Purpose and Strategic Focus

The primary purpose of this role is to manage relationships between the IT department and various business units within the City Development sector. The Associate Director will identify business needs, recommend appropriate technological solutions, and oversee the execution of IT projects designed to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This position involves establishing frameworks for business analysis to facilitate data-driven decision-making and support continuous improvement processes across city development and management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between the IT department and business units in the City Development sector, advocating for business needs in the IT strategy.
• Identify and analyze business requirements, providing technical recommendations that support operational excellence.
• Lead and manage business analysis teams throughout project lifecycles, ensuring delivery meets established timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather inputs, refine business requirements, and set project priorities.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, ensuring alignment with technological solutions.
• Monitor project performance, deliverables, and milestones, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry best practices that can enhance city IT operations and contribute to Qiddiya’s vision.

Leadership and Team Oversight

As a leader, the Associate Director will mentor a team of IT business analysts. This includes overseeing the execution of technology-enabled projects, ensuring they align with both current and future needs of city development and management. The role requires a proactive approach to integrating technology solutions with business objectives.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position must possess over 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT business relationship management, business analysis, or a related field, preferably within large-scale development projects or city planning contexts.
