The Role of Associate M&A Advisor

The Associate M&A Advisor will be based in Riyadh, KSA, and will provide specialized financial modeling, valuation, and investment appraisal support. This role is integral to the company's Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide specialized financial modeling support for M&A and Corporate Development activities.
Conduct valuation analysis for potential investment opportunities.
Offer investment appraisal support to assess strategic initiatives.
Prepare structured analyses of investment opportunities, including risks, returns, and key assumptions.
Support management review processes and informed decision-making regarding M&A activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Experience in investment appraisal within a corporate development or M&A context.
