About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman & Quantity Surveyor to join our technical team at شركة البلوك الذهبي للمقاولات in Riyadh. This full-time role combines responsibilities in preparing detailed architectural/interior fit-out shop drawings and executing work quantity calculations. The position requires 3-5 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in interior fit-out projects and familiar with MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural and interior fit-out shop drawings.
Perform accurate quantity calculations for execution work.
Produce MEP shop drawings, specifically for HVAC ducting/layouts and Firefighting systems.
Review contract drawings to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Measure and verify site dimensions and work progress.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant technical field.
3+ years of proven experience in drafting and quantity surveying within Interior Fit-Out and Commercial Finishing projects.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel, including formulas and quantity take-off templates.
Solid understanding of architectural detailing, materials such as gypsum board, flooring, glass partitions, wall claddings, and paints.
Familiarity with MEP coordination.
A transferable Iqama in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Proficiency in creating detailed technical drawings.
Strong analytical skills for quantity surveying and cost estimation.
Ability to interpret and review complex contract drawings.
Attention to detail in verifying site dimensions and work progress.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh and is a full-time role within a technical team focused on interior fit-out and commercial finishing projects. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to deliver precise drafting and quantity surveying support for various projects.
