This full-time role is integral to Carly's mission of redefining the car buying, selling, and ownership experience through a seamless digital platform that integrates technology, inspection, financing, logistics, and after-sales services. The specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality vehicle inventory that customers can trust.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Automotive Procurement Specialist will play a key role in sourcing and acquiring vehicles that meet Carly's stringent quality and pricing standards. This involves working collaboratively with various internal teams and external partners to ensure a robust and reliable inventory. The primary objective is to secure profitable buying opportunities while upholding the integrity and trustworthiness of Carly's vehicle offerings.

• Source vehicles through dealerships, auctions, direct sellers, referrals, and strategic partners.
• Negotiate competitive purchase prices and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Evaluate the condition, history, and market competitiveness of potential vehicle acquisitions.
• Analyze market trends and pricing data to identify profitable buying opportunities.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and ensure all necessary documentation is processed.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with dealers and other vehicle suppliers.
• Achieve procurement targets while ensuring the quality of the acquired inventory.
• Collaborate effectively with the Pricing, Sales, Operations, and Inspection teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a solid background in automotive procurement or vehicle buying. A deep understanding of the Saudi automotive market is essential for success in this role. The ability to effectively evaluate vehicle pricing and market value, coupled with strong negotiation skills, will be critical.

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive procurement or vehicle buying.

• Familiarity with automotive marketplaces and established dealer networks.
