About the Role

Wild&Org is seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join its growing team and contribute to the daily operations of its Grab&Go café. This role is essential for supporting the café's mission to provide natural, delicious, ready-made food to health-conscious customers.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement process to ensure the café has optimal stock levels and high-quality supplies. Key duties include:

• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best quality products, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Managing the procurement of food, beverages, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries to meet operational needs.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with kitchen and café operations to maintain adequate stock.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new suppliers.
• Comparing quotations and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising product quality.
• Ensuring all purchased products meet the company's quality standards and food safety requirements.
• Maintaining accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase documentation.
• Coordinating with the Finance department regarding invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Monitoring market trends to identify new products and suppliers that can add value to the business.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the necessary qualifications and experience to effectively manage procurement activities:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with inventory management and procurement systems is required.
• Fluency in English is essential.
