The Role: Barista

Siwar is seeking a professional Barista to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing our premium coffee corner located within our chocolate showroom. The primary objective is to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience to our clients, ensuring the coffee service complements the luxury of our chocolate offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages that align with the luxury standards of Siwar's products.
Welcome showroom visitors graciously and assist them in selecting coffee options that pair effectively with our chocolates.
Maintain absolute cleanliness and organization of the coffee corner, including all tools and equipment, in accordance with health and hygiene standards.
Coordinate effectively with the chocolate sales team to ensure a seamless and integrated service experience for all customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Previous work experience as a Barista is required, with 0-1 years of experience. Experience gained in luxury showrooms or high-end venues is considered a significant advantage.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and tactfulness in interacting with an elite clientele.
Full commitment to the established work schedule.
A genuine passion for coffee details and a comprehensive understanding of how to present coffee as an integral part of a premium hospitality experience.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time Barista position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within Siwar's chocolate showroom, specifically managing the dedicated coffee corner.
