About the Role

Beauty Steps is seeking an experienced Beauty Center Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of LUNIA Skin & Hair Center, a premium ladies’ skin and hair center located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience in beauty, aesthetic, dermatology, or healthcare clinic operations.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the center, maintaining high standards of customer experience and service quality. The role involves leading and supervising various teams, managing operational workflows, and supporting strategic improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the center’s daily operations and workflow.
• Lead and supervise reception, skin, hair, and support teams.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, task allocation, and performance.
• Ensure a high standard of client experience and service quality.
• Monitor appointments, service capacity, sales performance, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure smooth coordination between specialists, technicians, reception, and support teams.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Handle client concerns and operational issues professionally.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
• Support pre-opening activities, team readiness, and implementation of operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, client experience, and overall center performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in beauty, aesthetic, dermatology, or healthcare clinic settings.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in team management, customer experience, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at LUNIA Skin & Hair Center. The role involves working within a premium ladies' skin and hair center environment.
