The Role: BIM Coordinator

IC İçtaş İnşaat is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join its team for a significant highway project located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) within large-scale infrastructure developments. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating BIM activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models specifically for road, bridge, intersection, and associated infrastructure works.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM activities and provide support for clash detection processes.
• Ensure the consistent implementation of BIM standards, procedures, and project-specific requirements across all project phases.
• Collaborate effectively with design, construction, and project control teams to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Produce and maintain essential BIM outputs, reports, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage 3D and 4D processes to enhance project visualization and scheduling.
• Ensure effective team coordination within the BIM environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the field.
• At least 5 years of dedicated experience in BIM engineering and digital construction.
• Proficiency in key software including Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
• Fluent English knowledge, both written and spoken.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East region.
• Prior experience with road, highway, bridge, and transportation infrastructure projects.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time commitment. The BIM Coordinator will work within a project-focused environment, collaborating with various engineering and construction teams to deliver a major highway infrastructure project.
