About the Role

PROVEN is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Biomedical Sales Engineer to join their client's Sales & Engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves combining technical expertise with consultative selling to deliver healthcare solutions across various entities, including hospitals, healthcare projects, consultants, contractors, and government bodies. The successful candidate will contribute to business growth, foster client relationships, and provide technical support throughout the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, healthcare facilities, consultants, contractors, and government sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Promote the company's portfolio of medical equipment and healthcare solutions.
Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer consultations.
Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements and project specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to prepare technical proposals and submittals.
Support tender submissions, project specifications, and prequalification processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales process.
Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender documentation.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical technologies and industry trends.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and industry events.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience within the medical equipment or healthcare solutions industry.
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling medical equipment, medical gas systems, and CSSD equipment is highly preferred.
Experience working with hospitals, healthcare projects, consultants, contractors, and government tenders is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Attributes

Proficiency in proposal and quotation management.
In-depth product knowledge and market development understanding.
Adherence to compliance standards.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for business needs.
