About the Role: Brand Marketing Manager

Flow is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join its MENA marketing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on bringing the Flow brand to life across social platforms, with an emphasis on mobile-first, content-first, and influencer-first strategies. The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing the regional strategy defined by MENA marketing leadership, translating it into engaging content, creator partnerships, and daily social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the KSA social and content plan, adapting strategy into platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Produce social-first content, including short-form videos, reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes footage, both on location and at events.
• Collaborate with the social media team on content calendars, scheduling, and platform strategy.
• Plan and execute photoshoots, including vendor coordination, shot list development, and on-site production.
• Recruit, vet, and manage influencer partnerships, which includes identifying talent, negotiating deliverables, reviewing output, and nurturing ongoing relationships.
• Work with the Events team to transform influencer events into content, ensuring capture and distribution.
• Support the development of collateral operations, such as brand toolkits, templates, sales materials, presentation decks, and signage.
• Assist in partnership development with the B2B team, focusing on co-branded content, partner marketing, and joint activations.
• Translate large-scale marketing campaigns into content opportunities.
• Track performance, report on effective strategies, and provide insights to leadership.
• Manage timelines and budgets for assigned activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in social media, content, or influencer marketing, preferably with a consumer brand in MENA.
• A portfolio or reel demonstrating personally created content, particularly vertical video.
• Fluency in the MENA social landscape, including understanding the distinct behaviors of TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube in the region.
• Strong instinct for identifying trends and a proactive approach to action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Existing relationships with regional creators, agencies, or production talent.
• Experience with paid social, analytics tools, or social listening.
• Practical creator skills, including shooting and editing with tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar, with a good eye for pacing, framing, and sound.
